Chamomile + Passion Flower + Wormwood + 256Hz for 90 minutes

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• 1 1/2 teaspoon = 1 dose
• Use herb infuser to steep in hot water for 6-9 minutes 
• Drink then Meditate with 256hz frequency for a minimum of 9 minutes before sleep 
• No more than 1 dose per 24-hour period
